On Wednesday, July 17th, the President of the Institute, Lt. General (Ret.) Giorgio Battisti and Secretary General a. i. Mr. Gian Luca Beruto, accompanied by the Deputy Director of the Institute’s Military Department, Col. Rudolph Stamminger, attended the change of command ceremony of the Commissioners’ Corps of the French Armed Forces in Salon de Provence, France.
The presence of the Institute’s highest offices for this significant occasion further cemented its collaboration with the École des Commissaires des Armées (ECA). This event underscores their enduring partnership, dedicated to the development and advancing of humanitarian law in the field of military training and research.
