The event will be introduced by Lt. General (retd) Giorgio Battisti, President of the Institute, and moderated by Professor Federica Favuzza, Associate Professor of International Law at the University of Milan and Member of the Sanremo Institute. The discussion will be finally enriched by the contribution of Rear Admiral (retd) Fabio Caffio, Adjunct Professor of International Maritime Law, University of Bari (Italy).
