The Military Department of the Institute is pleased to share with you the 2020 calendar of training courses on International Humanitarian Law.
Thanks to its highly qualified and experienced international teaching staff, the Institute’s international reputation as a centre of excellence in the field of training and dissemination of IHL was further consolidated in 2019.
The Military Department welcomes military personnel both lawyers and non-lawyers but also civilians from a wide range of backgrounds such as civil servants, defence analysts, NGOs and IOs so the training audience is diverse. In addition the Institute provides training on subjects such as Targeting and Rules of Engagement which are not often taught on open courses.
The Department invites you to plan your course application on time and to periodically visit the Institute’s website for updates and news.
